Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) invites Quotations for 3D Signage Production and Management Services.

BCCI invites Quotations from reputed entities to acquire the rights and obligations to provide services that entails the provision of 3D signage production and management services, through

a tender process.

Accordingly, the BCCI is issuing the Request for Quotation for 3D Signage Production and Management Services (“RFQ”) which provides the detailed terms and conditions governing

the submission and evaluation of Quotations. The RFQ will be made available on receipt of payment of a non-refundable fee of INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh Only) plus any

applicable Goods and Services Tax. The Interested Parties may note the following timelines with respect to the RFQ:

Interested parties are requested to email the details of payment made for the purchase of the RFQ to rfq@bcci.tv, as per the procedure laid down in ANNEXURE A. It is clarified that the RFQ documents shall be shared only upon the confirmation of payment of the non-refundable RFQ fee.

Any Interested Party wishing to submit a bid is required to purchase the RFQ. However, only those satisfying the Eligibility Criteria set out in the RFQ, as laid down in ANNEXURE B, and subject to the other terms and conditions set out therein, shall be eligible to bid. It is clarified that merely purchasing the RFQ does not entitle any person to bid.

BCCI reserves the right to cancel or amend the RFQ process at any stage in any manner without providing any reason.

PROCEDURE TO PROCURE THE RFQ DOCUMENTS

The RFQ document can be purchased as per the following procedure:

1. If the purchasing entity is an Indian entity:
   Payment of INR 1,00,000 + 18,000 (GST) i.e., Total INR 1,18,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh Eighteen Thousand Only) is to be made to the following bank account:

It is clarified that the RFQ documents shall be shared only upon receiving the payment and the details as mentioned above. It is further clarified that the RFQ must be purchased by the entity that is desiring to bid.

ANNEXURE B

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. BCCI invites quotations from Interested Parties with:

1. an extensive proven experience in providing 3D signage production and management services (the detailed services required pursuant to the tender process will be provided under the RFQ documents);
2. strong financial background;
3. sufficient resources to provide the 3D signage production and management services;
4. sufficient staffing and trained personnel (including in particular, but without limitation, experienced management personnel) to provide 3D signage production and management services; and
5. proven experience of implementing 3D signage production and management services at large scale sporting events hosted at more than five venues parallelly.
