Shares of Infosys jumped 3.2% to their intraday high of Rs 1,692 on the BSE on Monday, December 22, after the company’s American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) witnessed an unprecedented 40% spike on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Friday, post which, the company had clarified that the surge was not driven by any material events.
