Dubai real estate developer KeyMavens has announced the launch of The Villa Square, a new community mall designed as a sustainable retail and lifestyle destination.

The Villa Square will feature more than 124,000sq ft of built-up area and has been designed to strike a balance between convenience and boutique experiences.

More than a retail centre, the development has been envisioned as a community destination that strengthens social connections and enhances daily living for residents of The Villa and neighbouring areas.
Located in Wadi Al Safa 5, The Villa Square Mall will serve as a convenient retail and leisure hub for residents of The Villa community while attracting visitors from across Dubai.
Developed under KeyMavens Retail, a subsidiary of KeyMavens Group focused on lifestyle and commercial destinations, The Villa Square marks a key step in the group’s expansion into vibrant community developments.

Completion in 2026
Developers are currently building The Villa Square, which is set for completion in the third quarter of 2026.
