Only a few months ago, Jack Osbourne‘s father, Ozzy, died. Some, including I’m A Celebrity… Unpacked guests Alison Hammond and Leigh Francis, have wondered if his stint on the ITV show has come too soon after the death of his father. These concerns only amped up after a spat erupted between Jack and fellow campmate Kelly Brook. Jack was seen snapping at Kelly after she cut the potatoes for dinner wrong, making the former model emotional.

Whilst on Unpacked, Alison and Leigh both said they feared Jack was had joined the show too soon. Alison said: “I think he should just chill for a bit. I actually feel it’s too soon for him to be in the jungle. I think maybe he should’ve waited a bit. I found it quite painful seeing his pain on camera.”
Leigh added: ““There’s so much sadness in his face. I think it’s too soon. He’s gonna get angry at things because his emotions are all over the place. I know he’s come in here to sort of keep his mind occupied and busy and get through the grief, but I think it’s still there.”
Now, The Sun have reported that ITV bosses are worried too. A source told the publication that Jack is being ‘intensely’ monitored. “Bosses are monitoring his situation intensely,” the source said. “ITV has strong duty of care procedures in place and producers do their utmost to ensure campmates are OK 24/7 — but never more so than in situations like this.”

Ozzy Osbourne died of heart attack aged 76 in July. It happened just two weeks after he performed his final concert in Birmingham. Speaking about losing his father to campmate Lisa Riley, Jack said it was a “shock”.
“It was definitely a shock,” he said. He continued: “I mean, we knew he was sick for a while, but it was definitely a shock, I mean, we didn’t know it would be that quick… It was the ultimate mic drop, he did a massive big gig and was like, ‘Alright, I’m done.'”
