Falcon Executive Aviation announces plans to develop a fully private multi-modal FBO terminal in Dubai that will integrate private jet, helicopter, and future eVTOL services into a single travel gateway. The company reveals the project during the Dubai Airshow, positioning the facility as a new mobility hub designed to streamline point-to-point travel across the city.
The development marks the first time a UAE operator combines all three modes of private aviation within one terminal. Falcon says the site will serve as a central platform for Dubai’s growing urban air mobility network, with infrastructure engineered to support immediate helicopter operations and upcoming eVTOL deployments.
Facility Designed for End-to-End Private Air Mobility
The terminal is being constructed on a 6,380 sqm plot and is planned as an ultra-private facility with direct Helipad and Vertiport access. Falcon says the configuration enables fast arrivals, departures, and inter-emirate transfers by helicopter and will allow seamless transitions to eVTOL services once those aircraft enter commercial use.
The company positions the terminal as a premium travel gateway where passengers can land by private jet, clear customs privately, and continue their journey via helicopter or future electric vertical aircraft without entering public terminals. The plan includes luxury retail, private banking, commercial areas, and VIP lounges to build a high-end vertical-mobility environment.

Sultan Rashit Abdulla Rashit Al Shene, Founder & Chairman of Alex Group Investment, says the project represents a critical change in Dubai’s aviation landscape. “This terminal marks a decisive shift in Dubai’s aviation future. For the first time, private jet operations, helicopter services, and next generation eVTOL mobility will operate under one fully private gateway,” said Al Shene.
He said the development includes “the largest helipad facility in the UAE, not as an addition, but as a foundation for the region’s future air mobility network.” Al Shene described the project as “the beginning of a new chapter for aviation in Dubai,” highlighting its role in shaping new mobility options across the city.
Falcon Executive Aviation’s expansion arrives as Dubai accelerates investment in advanced aerial mobility and prepares for the integration of electric vertical aircraft in its transport system. The operator says the new terminal aims to support these initiatives by creating infrastructure that enables quick transfers, reduced travel times, and direct access to key locations.
The company has not disclosed the projected opening date or additional partners but says the development will serve as a core element of Dubai’s future urban air mobility ecosystem. Falcon expects the combination of private jet services with helicopter and eVTOL operations to enhance premium travel options and create a streamlined route structure for domestic and inter-emirate flights.
