    DHAKA, Nov 23, 2025 (BSS) – A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Dhaka University and Dubai-based international company Odoo Middle East DWC-LLC today to provide free software training to students. 

    Dhaka University Treasurer Professor Dr M Jahangir Alam Chowdhury and Odoo Middle East DWC-LLC Head of Education Kevin Farah signed the MoU on behalf of their respective institutions held at the Vice-Chancellor’s conference room.

    Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies of DU Professor Dr. Mahmud Osman Imam, Department of Management Information Systems Professor Dr Md Rakibul Haque and Business Communication Manager of Odoo’s Bangladesh Silver Partner Md. Alimuzzaman Nayan, among others, were present at the event. 

    As per the MoU, Odoo Middle East DWC-LLC will provide free training on software to students of the Faculty of Business Studies, Dhaka University. In addition, they will organize workshops and seminars for teachers and students of the university. 

    Earlier, in the morning, a special online training on Odoo was organized for students of the Department of Management Information Systems.
